Lunch & Learns The EAA coordinates Lunch & Learns seminars to educate you about various health and wellness topics. These seminars are free to all EAA employees and are held several times throughout the year. Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Challenges in employee’s lives may need assistance from professionals to provide advice and guidance. To assist with this, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Reliance Standard Life Insurance (RSLI) is designed to help employees lead happier and more productive lives at home and at work.
