Administrative Assistant I Yvonne joined the Human Resources Services department on November 12, 2024. Yvonne comes to the EAA with 6 years of experience in administrative support and customer service.

Larry is responsible for overseeing water resource manage- ment and compliance, including conservation programming, permitting, and general regulated community affairs in support of the mission of the EAA.

Roger Andrade (Internal Hire) Regulatory Affairs Senior Director
Roger was promoted to Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs on November 25, 2024. Roger is responsible for directing groundwater regulation, and Edwards Aquifer Recharge Zone protection activities
