2026-2027 Benefits Guide
DENTAL PLAN The EAA offers two dental plan options through Ameritas, both designed to help you maintain good oral health through preventive, basic, and major dental services. You may receive care from any licensed dentist; however, you'll generally save the most when visiting an in-network provider. The primary difference between the two plans is how benefits are calculated for covered services and out-of-network reimbursement.
