After logging in, simply click on “Submit a Claim” and fill in the applicable information. The app also allows you to upload your claim validation. The app is available in the Google play store and the App Store. HEALTH REIMBURSEMENT ARRANGEMENT (HRA)
Y our 2021 HRA funds became available effective January 1, 2021. A health reimbursement arrangement (HRA) is an IRS approved, employer funded, tax-ad- vantaged health benefit used to reimburse employees and their dependents for qualified medical expenses. Your 2021 HRA amount is tied to the medical plan you selected during open enrollment or as a new hire. As a reminder, the HRA structure for enrollees in the Hu- mana HDHP plan have changed for 2021. See the table below for contribution amounts.
Human Resources is in the process of migrating all forms to NeoGov eForms. eForms will put an end to our manual paper workflows and will automate the process for submitting and approving documents. Forms to be included in this new paperless process will be the Business Card Order, Photo Release Preference, Request to Attend Conference, Emergency Contact Form, Fitness Waiver, Public Access Preference, Vehicle Information, Sick Leave Pool Donation Request, EAC Pledge Form, Qualifying Life Event, ICMA-RC Change Form and so much more! NPOS Plan On April 1st, up to $2,500 of your 2020 HRA funds will rollover to your medical HRA. The remaining funds will roll over to your RHS account. For example, if you have $5,000 in your 2020 HRA account, $2,500 will rollover to your 2021 HRA’s with $1,500 deposited to the Medical HRA and $1,000 de- posited to the Dental/Vision HRA. The remaining $2,500 will roll over to your RHS account. Participa- tion in the RHS is mandatory and employees may not choose to opt out of this program. At separation from employment, employees who are enrolled in the RHS and meet the vesting period of five years of consecu - tive full-time service will be eligible to receive funds from their RHS account to pay for medical expenses. You can view your balance by logging in to your ICMA account at ICMARC account access and clicking on plan #801871. For more information, please refer to the General Managers memo in SharePoint. Easily Submit Reimbursement Through the Profi - cient Connect App If you find yourself needing to submit a reimbursement during the run-off period, you may request reimburse - ment online through ProficientConnect.com or through the Proficient Connect app. As a reminder, you cannot use your Proficient credit card to pay for 2020 claims during the run-off period. The Proficient Connect app has made it easier than ever to submit a reimbursement.

Life events (such as birth of a child, a marriage, or a spouse gaining/losing employment) are major events in our lives that can have a big influence on our benefit needs. Please remember that you must notify Human Resources of any qualifying event within 30 days if you need to make changes to your benefits. Once 30 days has passed, you can only make changes during the next Open Enrollment period for the following plan year.

Retirement 2021 CONTRIBUTION LIMITS The contribution limits for employees who partici- pate in our 457 plans have remained the same as in 2020 at $19,500.00. The catch up contribution limit for employees aged 50 or older also remains unchanged at $6,500. If you are 50 or older in 2021 you can contribute a total of $26,000 for the year. The limit on annual contributions to a traditional or Roth Individual Retirement Account (IRA), will re- main the same as in 2020 at $6,000.00. If you are age 50 or older, you can contribute an additional $1,000 for a total of $7,000.00. If you are within three years of the normal retirement age, you can take advantage of the Pre-Retirement Catch-Up. This 457 deferred compensation plan allows you to contribute up to double the regular 457 deferral limit in effect for the current year. As you review the catalog, you will notice the events organized in two ways – Schedule at a Glance & Schedule by Category/Department. The Schedule at a Glance will allow you to view the scheduled events by each month for the current year. The Sched- ule by Category/Department will allow you to view the scheduled events by category and provides the platform where these events will take place. We hope you find this catalog helpful as you plan the year ahead. Since all events for 2021 will be conducted through vari- ous virtual platforms. Information, including appropriate links to register and/or attend the event, will be posted to the HR Calendar of Events in SharePoint as it becomes available. As a Go365 member, there are many ways to earn points and redeem your bucks. To earn points now, you can re-take your health assess- ment to keep your detailed health report current and to unlock acti- vities. You can also earn points for completing a vision exam, den- tal exam, or a biometric screening at your primary care physician’s office. If completing a biometric screening with your doctor, you must submit this form within 90 days of the screening. To submit the form login to your Humana portal, click Go365 from your home page, click Activities, click Prevention, click “View Details” in the biometric screening square, and enter your results and click “Choose File” to attach your completed form.to the Go365 program this year. Click here to see what other activities can earn you points. To earn points for your at home workouts, you can submit a photo such as a selfie during your workout or a screenshot of your workout video/app, within 7 days of completing your workout.
