Wellness FAT SHRED CHALLENGE WINNERS
Thank you to everyone who participated in our most recent fat shred challenge! This challenge offered another level of difficulty as it took place during the holiday months of October through February. While every participant is a winner, three contestents emerged victorious.
In the Womens Category: Isabel Martinez WON 1st Place and Dalia Reinders WON 2nd Place

We know that staying fit and active is the best way to build a strong immune system and stay healthy. For this reason, we would like to share the following list of free resources to help you stay healthy and moving. • The YMCA has posted at-home workout videos on their YouTube channel. • Gold’s Gym is offering free access to their Gold’s AMP app until May 31st. The app offers over 600 audio and video workouts and DJ mixes to keep you moving. Get started and enter promo code FIT60. • LesMills is offering free virtual workouts. There is something for everyone from high intensity interval training to mindfulness practices. Try a Class Today • CorePower Yoga is offering free access to a special collection of online classes. If you haven’t tried yoga yet or are a regular on the mat, this a great way to stay centered while you work from home. Try a Yoga Class Today • Giam has put together a handy guide that walks us through the benefits and how-to’s of meditation as well as some tips on how to get started. • Fridge to Table has created a site that allows you to enter ingredients that you already have in your fridge and provide you with a recipe you can work with or modify to whip up a tasty meal! Take inventory and make meal planning a little easier.
