When records necessary to fill an open records request need to be retrieved from an EAA em - ployee, Records staff will assign the employee an Activity via

the Open Records Center. The employee will receive an email from “EAA Open Records Cen - ter ” that will look like

the email pictured below. With 200 seniors in attendance, the fair pro - vided a platform for students to present their skills and resumes,
